Our apologies for the late communication for this next virtual event. Due to a very late and unavoidable conflict for our planned guest, we had to reshuffle the future lineup and we are fortunate that Juliann Nichols is available to support this next Virtual Town Hall.
Juliann owned and ran a private detective agency in a past life and one of her mentors is Michael Gerber, author of The E-Myth Revisited. If you are familiar with this book, you know that the basic message is that many people start businesses with the goal of simple autonomy and most typically fail because they focus on technical expertise rather than developing the business itself.
Juliann's company, JULO Strategy, focuses on helping business owners run their business instead of being run by it. Another major pitfall is that entrepreneurs tend to under-value their own time, primarily because they are unaware of the actual value of their time. This is especially true if they have to play multiple, if not all, the roles in the company. While this is reasonable during the launch and start-up phases of a new business venture, it is essential for CEOs (Chief Entrepreneurial Officers) to eventually focus their time and efforts on growing the business and invest less of their time on the operations and management.
So please join us for this Town Hall as Juliann will lead attendees through determining their value and initial steps to get on a better path to earning that value. As a precursor, it will help to fill the information out on this form and to download the End-in-Mind diagram. A number of FAVOB members have participated in JULO's CEO Mindset classes and CEO Exchange luncheons and we'll discuss those upcoming and recurring opportunities.
As always, after the Town Hall wraps up, all participants will have the chance to network live and meet other business owners and veteran community members across Florida. Please register here so that you can join the Zoom meeting tomorrow afternoon. The video will be shared afterwards for those unable to join live.
